A high-output structural steel fabrication shop is hiring Structural Fitters across multiple experience levels. This is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity offering steady work, long-term growth, and access to quality tools and team support.

Day and night shift openings available (night shift differential is 15% of base). Location : Metro Denver, CO. Compensation : $28.00$38.00 / hour (based on experience level). Relocation : Up to 90-day housing stipend available for relocating candidates.

What You'll Do :

• Read and interpret cut lists, fabrication drawings, and specifications
• Perform layout, positioning, and assembly of steel beams, columns, stairs, and misc. metals
• Operate forklifts, overhead cranes, and hand tools
• Execute precision fit-ups and ensure alignment prior to welding
• Inspect work and perform minor adjustments for quality compliance
• Contribute to production goals and continuous improvement efforts
