Art of Drawers is seeking a skilled Custom Refacing Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate has experience in kitchen cabinet refacing, including replacing cabinet doors and applying high-quality refacing materials to cabinet fronts and sides. You are detail-oriented, reliable, and passionate about delivering top-notch craftsmanship that delights every client.

As a key member of our installation team, youll help transform kitchens and living spaces, ensuring each project meets our high standards for quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Install cabinet refacing materials, including veneers and laminates, on cabinet exteriors

Replace cabinet doors with precise alignment and flawless fit

Ensure all installations meet Art of Drawers standards for quality and professionalism

Communicate effectively with clients and team members to create a seamless, positive experience

Maintain organized work practices and ensure projects are completed efficiently and accurately

Requirements

Proven experience in kitchen cabinet refacing

Strong ability to measure, cut, and install materials with precision

Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
