Description :

Provide nursing care for a 10-bed short-term geriatric acute psychiatric unit.

Work collaboratively with a team of 2-3 RNs per shift.

Deliver comprehensive psychiatric care tailored to the needs of elderly patients.

Adhere to facility protocols and policies, including a call-off policy.

Maintain all necessary certifications and credentials as required by the facility.

Demonstrate strong clinical skills and the ability to manage acute psychiatric conditions.

Ensure the safety and well-being of all patients in the unit.

Engage with interdisciplinary teams to promote optimal patient outcomes.
