As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned cultural institution locations, maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents and enhance the overall experience for guests and staff. You will conduct regular patrols, provide exceptional customer service, and respond promptly to incidents as they arise. This is a driving post and requires a valid driver's license. What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to guests, staff, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the location.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting the location's protocols.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the venue and surrounding perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.

Observe and report unusual conditions or activities during patrols, maintaining a visible presence in and around the location.

Support emergency response activities as needed, following instructions from site management and Allied Universal leadership.

Communicate with venue staff and visitors to provide assistance and information as needed.

Complete required documentation and reports related to security-related incidents and daily activities.

Work in varying conditions depending on events, exhibitions, or other functions taking place at the location.

Minimum Requirements :

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

At least five years of security-related experience is required.

A valid guard card or security-related license is preferred.

Customer service-related experience is preferred.

CPR and / or First Aid certification is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
