Job descriptionSetting : Hospital setting performing 3,600 IP / OP surgeries per year. Duties : Independent Cases, backup anesthesiologist onsight. FTE : 1.0 Required Procedures : Ortho, Spine, Gynecology, Urology, gastric bypass, minimal vascular cases, no pediatric cases EMR : EPIC Support Staff : Anesthesia providers, CRNA, Anesthesia Tech Admissions per day, Patients / day, Types of cases, Disclosures that may need to be made, etc. Timeframe : Within 60 days Requirements : Nebraska License Board Certified - Required NE License - Required Residency Requirements / Fellowship Required ACLS, BLS, PALS, DEA, NRP - Required Availability at time of name clear Required Must include a copy of ACLS, BLS, PALS, DEA, and NRP at the time of name clear

Schedule / Availability Requirements :
- Availability : ASAP, July-December
- Schedule : M-F 7 am-5 pm, 8-hour shifts also available
