This role pays $22–$30 / hour , plus bonuses , and offers a Monday to Friday schedule between 8 AM and 5 PM, with occasional extended hours to finish jobs. Our technicians start their day at our central location before heading out to job sites!

What You Bring to the Table :

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of experience as an HVAC installer
• Physical ability to handle up to 100 lbs and work in varied conditions
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
• Dependability, mechanical aptitude, and a self-motivated team mindset
• Willingness to work occasional overtime, nights, and weekends
• EPA certification is preferred but not required
