About the Role :

Hotel Greystone is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Sales Coordinator to support our dynamic Sales team. Reporting to the Director of Sales, this full-time, on-site position will provide essential administrative and sales support while helping drive the continued success of our boutique property in Miami Beach. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow in hospitality sales, gain hands-on experience, and contribute to both departmental and hotel-wide revenue goals. What You Will Do :

• Administrative Support

Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to the Sales Department, including managing email correspondence, maintaining files, and updating sales systems (Tripleseat, Stay N Touch, CVENT, Hotel Planner).

Assist in preparing contracts, proposals, and presentations tailored to client needs.

Respond to incoming leads from Hotel Planner with accuracy and timeliness (eligible to earn up to 5% commission on closed business).

Assist in coordinating on-site site tours and partner visits.

Help ensure consistent communication and follow-up with local partners, vendors, and travel agents.

Provide regular updates to the Director of Sales on sales performance, pipeline activity, and market feedback.

Gain exposure to proactive sales solicitation by shadowing the Sales team in prospecting and client interactions.
