Summary Statement
An incumbent is responsible for the operational oversight within the Delaware Judiciary as part of the Administrative Office of the Courts, Office of State Court Collections Enforcement. The position oversees the judiciary's centralized payment processing centers and centralized bank deposit transports for our Judicial partners; provides guidance and completes annual Payment Card Industry (PCI) Compliance reviews for statewide judicial credit card operations; assists with the review of Legislative bill inquiries from a financial impact; oversees the agency State Tax Refund / Lottery Winning intercept program; provides guidance, assistance and handles official inquiries, on specialized collections for interactions with the Courts, Legislators and Public.
