Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research and outreach.

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

Collaborate with the sales team to develop tailored strategies for client acquisition.

Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the business services industry.

Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients.

Track and report on sales activities using CRM tools.

Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.

Support contract negotiations and close deals in alignment with company policies.

A successful Business Development Representative should have :
