Job Description

As a TruGreen Field Sales Representative youll be the welcoming face out in the neighborhood meeting homeowners face-to-face to introduce them to the benefits of personalized lawn care solutions. Equipped with expertise enthusiasm and commitment to TruGreens proven Sales Playbook youll provide tailored services right at their doorsteps turning casual interactions into lasting customer relationships.

What Youll Do You will be the face of TruGreen engaging with homeowners face-to-face to understand their needs and delivering custom lawn care solutions that builds trust and satisfaction. Every day is an opportunity to connect educate and earn their business.

Engage with new and existing customers through door-to-door outreach with professionalism energy and good vibes

Customize sales messaging to match the unique lawn care needs of each household because no two yards (or customers) are the same

Turn just looking into just signed with a proven sales methodology and processes

Log interactions and track performance using a CRM to measure activity and track performance because numbers matter and so does follow-through

Cross-sell and upsell with precision using your expertise to show customers how to level up their lawns

What Youll Bring - You dont need a green thumb to thrive here just the drive to succeed and the people skills to make every doorstep feel like a warm lead.

High school diploma or GED required (a PhD in People Skills is highly encouraged)

Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus but passion and hustle go even further

Valid drivers license with a clean driving record we like our reps reliable and road-ready

Strong communication chops whether its small talk or closing talk you keep it smart and sincere

Solid time management skills and a self-starter mindset youre the kind who doesnt want to be told go

Comfortable with technology and mobile devices (you wont need to code just tap swipe and go)

Physically able to walk stand and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds while working outdoors

Average income is $875 - $1200 / week (based on an annual salary plus average commissions earned for qualifying representatives)

Pay Ranges

This range is based on the qualifications necessary for the position including experience training and other considerations permitted by that may be used when making an offer may include a candidates skills experience and geographic location the expected quality and quantity of work and internal pay alignment as needed. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay upper end of the range will generally be reserved for candidates with extensive employees pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local addition to monetary compensation we offer benefits including Medical / Dental / Vision insurance and Company-matching 401(k) in addition to other programs and perks.
