Job descriptionOwn recurring reporting and dashboards by writing SQL queries and leveraging BI tools to deliver clear, actionable insights. Partner with the CFO to monitor financial and operational performance, highlight risks and opportunities, and support strategic planning. Work directly with executives to translate complex data into compelling narratives that drive business impact. Proactively uncover trends, anomalies, and opportunities to improve performance across the organization. Handle ad hoc analyses and high-priority projects spanning finance, operations, product, and growth. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure insights translate into measurable business improvements. Strong SQL and Excel skills. Ability to balance attention to detail with big-picture business understanding. Excellent communication skills to distill complex findings into actionable recommendations. Comfort working cross-functionally and presenting insights directly to leadership. You won’t just run analyses—you’ll explain what they mean, what decisions they inform, and ensure the right follow-up actions happen.
