What You'll Do
Recruit and place a wide range of professionals for school-based roles, including educators, clinicians, support staff, and specialists.Source candidates through job boards, social networks, referrals, and direct outreachConduct interviews, manage offers, and coordinate onboardingMaintain long-term relationships with placed candidates for repeat successCollaborate with team members to meet placement goals in a high-volume, fast-moving environmentWhat You'll Bring
