What You'll Do : Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations as appropriate. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help maintain order at the location. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the logistics and distribution environment and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity. Screen individuals, vehicles, and / or materials entering or leaving the location, following established protocols to help to deter unauthorized access. Communicate clearly and professionally with staff, visitors, and delivery personnel, providing directions and information as needed. Document and report any security-related incidents, irregularities, or suspicious activities according to site procedures. Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and site personnel to help to deter security-related risks and support operations. Minimum Requirements : Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
