General Manager – High-End Gelato Shop

We are opening a new Bacio di Latte location in San Jose, Santana Row and seeking an exceptional General Manager to lead operations.

Base Pay and Benefits

Base salary : $75,000–$85,000 per year. Additional compensation : Annual bonus.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Execute daily gelato quality standards and maintain kitchen operations.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and create a warm, inviting atmosphere.
• Uphold California food‑safety standards and manage inventory.
• Achieve monthly KPIs, drive sales, and manage P&L.
• Lead, train and develop the team; foster a positive culture.
• Handle financial and administrative tasks : budget, invoices, payroll, vendor relations.
