Senior Automation Engineer

A company is looking for a Sr. Automation Engineer to work remotely anywhere in the United States.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the development and execution of capital automation projects from concept to implementation

Align internal and external teams to support annual capital plans

Partner with 3rd party vendors to ensure project execution within budget and timelines

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in mechanical, chemical, electrical, or industrial engineering (ABET accredited preferred)

5+ years of project management experience in multi-unit operations, preferably in automation

Understanding of drawing practices and proficiency in CAD

Advanced knowledge of processing packaging and facility systems in food manufacturing

Familiarity with USDA, FDA, OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory requirements
