Senior Web Developer

A company is looking for a Senior Web Developer specializing in Design Systems (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Consult with clients to assess and improve their design system architecture and implementation

Define and lead strategies for design system implementation and product roadmaps

Support, teach, and mentor clients while establishing processes and building system components

Required Qualifications

5-10 years of experience as a frontend web developer

Proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript and frontend frameworks such as React, Svelte, Vue, or Angular

Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable design systems for 3-5 years

Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA or higher) and progressive enhancement

Experience with version control systems like Git and automated testing
