Grapevine MSP Technology Services seeks an on-site, detail-oriented, and organized Project Coordinator to join our team.
The successful candidate will help plan and track projects to make sure they finish on time and stay within budget. This role supports project managers and encourages teamwork among different groups to improve operations and efficiency.
As a Project Coordinator, you'll get to work on various exciting projects and help our clients reach their technology goals. We're looking for someone with great communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to adjust to changing priorities.

Requirements
Familiarity with Microsoft cloud technologies (such as Microsoft 365, Azure, SharePoint, and Teams) is a plus. Additionally, proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, or other project tracking tools is required.
Candidates should possess excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, as well as strong written and verbal communication abilities. The ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously is essential, along with a proactive mindset.
Collaboration with technical support, network engineers, and account managers is necessary to ensure resource alignment. The ideal candidate will have the capacity to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain project documentation, schedules, and deliverables, while tracking milestones and ensuring timely communication with stakeholders.
Monitor project budgets, timelines, and risks, and escalate any issues as necessary.
Organize project meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items.
Serve as a liaison between clients and technical teams to effectively communicate and achieve project goals and expectations.
