Role : Network Security & Cybersecurity Manager
Location : Frisco, TX
- Must have 15+ years' experience in multiple Security technologies and products.
- Should be confident leader with management and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to guide, mature and work with the security operations team to provide best-in-class security operations for customer.
- Should be comfortable working with customer senior managers to drive the information security agenda.
- Should share expertise and knowledge of architecture to advise and guide senior executives.
- Support the development of information security roadmaps.
- Should stay on top of industry trends related to technology and business by integrating professional associations and communities of expertise and continuing to learn one on one.
- Find the relevant technologies and do the required research, facilitate proofs of concept or prototype.
- Should have excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Analytical thinking.
- Should be ready to travel.
- Problem handling, conflict handling within team and with customer.
- Should be Expert in
o Network Security - Firewall, IPS, Proxy, e-mail gateway, URL filtering etc.
o SASE , zscalar
Additional skills ( Desirable)o Endpoint Security - AV, Next Gen AV, EDR, Encryption, HIPS etc.
o Cloud Security - Native security controls in AWS / Azure, cloud security controls available on marketplace.
o SOC / SIEM / MDR / Security Orchestration and Automation
Should have good working understanding of Networks, compute & End Point functions.Should be able to stitch security requirements & assessments end to end (across infrastructure landscape).Ability to review architecture & suggest modifications / enhancements that will help improve / elevate security posture.Should play consultative role to external stakeholders (customer) & should be able to provide guidance to internal stakeholders (internal teams) across the landscape.Good understanding of ITIL concepts Incident / Change / Problem and ticketing toolsGood understanding of project management concepts
