Pre-Construction Manager (Commercial Construction) $5000 Sign-on Bonus

Overview

BHI is seeking a Pre-Construction Manager (Commercial Construction) in North Salt Lake City, Utah. The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, growth orientation, efficiency, safety-mindedness, and a commitment to exceptional customer service. This is a full-time position, 5 days a week, 8-10 hours daily. Salary is $130,000-$160,000 per year (dependent on experience), with a comprehensive benefits package including health, vision, and dental insurance, life insurance, a 401k plan, and generous PTO.
