What You'll Be Doing :
Work to support EisnerAmper's Corporate Finance team on valuation engagements for financial reporting, tax and management planning purposes.
Analyze financial statements and financial data for valuation engagements.
Build financial models, including discounted cash flow models, capitalized earnings models, market multiple models and net asset value models.
Analyze financial condition of guideline peer companies and guideline peer transactions.
Assist in the preparation of valuation analyses, memos and reports.
Assist on various special projects, as needed.
We're Looking For Someone Who Has :
We are currently looking for winter internship professionals to join our Advisory Corporate Finance Team in Winter 2026. This is a part-time internship that will begin in January and end in May.
Required Qualifications :
Current Junior or Senior (Finance, Accounting, Economics or related discipline)
Strong academic track record (Minimum GPA : 3.0)
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Preferred Qualifications :
Final Graduation of May 2026 through May 2027
Exposure to valuation concepts through coursework
Technical aptitude, analytical and critical thinking skills
Proficiency with MS Office applications (with an emphasis on MS Excel and MS Word) with experience with financial modeling preferred
Experience with on-line databases (S&P Capital IQ) and internet research of company specific, industry and economic analysis
Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication, leadership and time management skills

Preferred Location : New York
For NYC and California, the expected salary range for this position is between $28 and $38. The range for the position in other geographies may vary based on market differences. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
