Position Overview : The Professional Surveyor will oversee and manage surveying projects, including boundary surveys, land division, and mapping, while ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities :

Plan and execute complex surveying projects from start to finish.

Conduct detailed field surveys and supervise survey crews.

Interpret legal descriptions and land records for boundary determinations.

Prepare and review survey maps, plats, and reports.

Manage project budgets, schedules, and client communication.

Provide expert advice on surveying methods and regulations.

Maintain knowledge of state and local surveying laws and standards.

Qualifications :

Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license.

Extensive experience in land surveying.

Strong leadership and project management skills.

Proficiency in surveying software and equipment.
