Night Auditor
Hyatt Regency Green Bay is seeking a Night Auditor to support the Front Desk . Did you know we are located in the in the heart of downtown and home of the Green Bay Packers?
The hotel is minutes away from major sporting events, cultural activities, entertainment, museums, and attractions. We are the largest, full-service hotel in the market with 241 all-suite guest rooms and 80,000 square feet of space.

The Night Auditor will be responsible for the front desk operation during the overnight shift (11PM-7 : 00AM). Primary responsibilities include welcoming guests, registering guests, making reservations, and preparing daily reports and guest bills.

- Initial guest interactions
- Check in / check out process
- Problem resolution
- Post and balance charges and settlements in a timely and efficient manner

Qualifications :
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Previous night audit experience preferred
- Computer knowledge preferred
- Must be able to work independently and in a team environment
