Key Responsibilities
Receive and categorize calls from child support client stakeholders according to Standard Operating Procedures
Record any abusive or extraordinary calls as required
Perform other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications and Education
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Must maintain a general understanding of policies and procedures
Proficient in data entry skills, including keyboard, mouse, and 10-key pad
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
Must be able to type a minimum of 35 WPM
