What You'll Do

In this full-time, salaried role, you'll be the go-to leader for your projects from start to finish. You'll :

• Own the management of prime contracts, subcontracts, and procurement from the ground up.
• Lead with safety, quality, and environmental stewardship always at the forefront.
• Partner directly with clients to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction.
• Drive projects forward with detailed budget forecasting, scheduling, and performance tracking .
• Lead weekly / monthly project meetings, resolve disputes, and keep things moving.
• Mentor the next generation of electricians and project leaders.
• Ensure every project closes out smoothly-with our reputation shining bright.
