Key Responsibilities
Administer qualified retirement plans and ensure compliance with regulatory deadlines
Perform annual compliance testing and prepare necessary forms for filing
Communicate with plan sponsors and advisors regarding compliance issues
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Retirement Plans
1-3 years of experience in retirement plan administration
Strong mathematical and Excel skills
Ability to manage data and process financial transactions accurately
Familiarity with data security guidelines
