About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President of Power Supply to lead its power supply team. The successful candidate will be tasked with managing the power supply portfolio, which includes fuel purchasing and utility management, and making strategic decisions to ensure the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of operations. This role involves overseeing all aspects of the power supply portfolio, developing and implementing optimization strategies, negotiating contracts with suppliers and utility companies, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards. The Vice President will also be responsible for leading and mentoring a team, and must stay abreast of industry trends and technologies to adapt the company's operations accordingly.

Applicants for the Vice President of Power Supply position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in business, finance, engineering, or a related field, with an MBA strongly preferred. A minimum of 5 years' experience in a leadership role within power supply or utility management is required, along with a thorough working knowledge of the electric utility industry, and proven experience in fuel purchasing and contract negotiation. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional strategic decision-making abilities, strong leadership and team management skills, and excellent communication. A high level of integrity, professionalism, and a willingness to relocate are also essential for this role.
