Trusts & Estates Law Firm Experience Required
We are seeking a highly capable and professional Office Administrator to oversee the firm’s day-to-day operations, human resources, and financial processes. This role is integral to the success of our growing team and requires a detail-oriented, proactive leader who thrives in a collaborative, purpose-driven environment.
The ideal candidate should have prior experience as a law office administrator—preferably in trusts and estates —and be capable of mentoring and training legal assistants, paralegals, and office assistants. They should also have a strong understanding of the legal documents your firm prepares to effectively guide the team.
You will work directly with the firm’s leadership team to ensure operational excellence, manage staff, support financial stewardship, and uphold our core values.
Compensation : $85,000
