Junior Recruiter – Onsite | Fayetteville, NC

We’re looking for a motivated Junior Recruiter to join our Fayetteville office and support the growth of our clinical workforce. If you have experience recruiting in healthcare, allied health, or therapy services (RBT, BCBA, SLP, etc.) , this is your chance to make a meaningful impact in a mission-driven organization.

What You’ll Do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for clinical and administrative roles (postings, sourcing, screening, scheduling, offers)
• Source and attract candidates for ABA and behavioral health roles (BCBAs, RBTs, SLPs, etc.)
• Conduct phone screens and initial candidate assessments
• Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a smooth candidate experience
• Maintain accurate records in Zoho Recruit and other recruiting systems
• Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to meet staffing goals

Requirements

Required : 1+ year of experience in healthcare recruitment (clinic, therapy, or medical setting preferred) Required : Experience recruiting in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), behavioral health, or therapy services Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requisitions at once Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with ATS systems (Zoho Recruit a plus) Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Ability to work in-person at our Fayetteville, NC office (Monday–Friday, business hours)
