Job descriptionAbility to develop and implement comprehensive test plans, strategies, and methodologies for data-intensive projects Data Integration Testing : Experience with file extracts (CSV), ETL processes, and database validation, particularly in AWS RDS environments. Test automation frameworks expertise for both UI and API testing ( Selenium, Cucumber, Postman ) Experience authoring test cases in Gherkin format and implementing BDD testing approaches Testing Web Services ( REST / SOAP ) and working with XML / JSON data formats using tools such as Postman and Swagger Project management and test case management tools : JIRA, Qtest Experience tracking testing metrics , generating comprehensive reports , and presenting testing status to stakeholders Experience coordinating testing activities with multiple downstream teams and systems Understanding of automated configuration management, build processes, and requirements management tools Strong troubleshooting skills , with ability to analyze and resolve complex data integration issues Experience establishing standards and guidelines for automation tool selection and implementation

Position Overview
The Test Manager will facilitate communication across teams within our IT organization, providing aggregated testing reports to senior management . This role oversees data integration testing for CSV file extracts processed through AWS RDS databases , ensuring quality across downstream systems . The Test Manager serves as an escalation point for the testing teams and ensures testing activities align with project timelines and quality standards .
Requirements – Senior Level :
8+ years of formal testing experience, with at least 5 years in a test management capacity
- Strong leadership and
communication skills, with experience guiding cross-functional testing teams
