About The Position

Job Description :

We’re hiring a Home Health / Hospice RN for a day shift role. The nurse will case manage patients, travel between homes, and must be comfortable managing a full caseload. This is a field-based position—not inpatient.

Requirements :

Shift : Day – 5x8 (Mon–Fri, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM)

Experience : 1+ year in case management

Must Have : HCHB experience, travel nursing background

Transportation : Personal vehicle required (daily travel)

Mileage : Reimbursed at federal rate
