Shift : 8 : 50 AM - 4 : 30 PM

Pay Rate : $25 / hr

Job Summary

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking Personal Care Assistant for an exciting job in Aldie, VA.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) : bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility.
• Support meal preparation, feeding, and monitoring nutrition.
• Provide medication reminders according to the care plan.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
• Assist with safe ambulation, transfers, and use of mobility aids.
• Observe and report changes in client condition to the care team.
• Offer companionship and support; engage clients in social or recreational activities.
• Follow all safety guidelines and established care plans.
• Accompany clients to appointments or errands as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided.
