Were currently seeking a compassionate and reliable Full-Time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our home health team, serving patients in the Lake Worth (Palm Beach), FL area.

As a CNA in home health, youll be part of a multidisciplinary team, providing essential personal care services that promote independence, comfort, and quality of life for our patients.

What Youll Do :

• Assist patients with daily personal care tasks, including hygiene, grooming, and mobility.
• Measure and record vital signs such as temperature, pulse, and respiration.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive home environment.
• Prepare meals and encourage proper nutrition and hydration.
• Use proper body mechanics to ensure safe patient movement and transfers.
• Observe, document, and report any changes in the patients condition to the care team.
• Respond appropriately in emergency situations following agency procedures.
