About This Position
As a condition of employment, all applicants are required to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check. Job Type : Full Time, Onsite
Schedule : Monday - Friday, with limited after hours and weekends as required
Starting Wage : $68,000 - $92,000, depending on experience
Territory Boundaries : Stockton to the San Francisco Bay and surrounding cities
Farwest's Stockton location seeks a driven and dependable individual to join their team as Outside Sales Representative. In this role, you will drive sales growth by providing tailored service solutions and product offerings from all divisions of Farwest Steel. This role is responsible for managing customer relationships through prompt and accurate quoting, order processing, and proactive communication. By leveraging deep product knowledge and cross-departmental collaboration, the Outside Sales Representative ensures exceptional customer satisfaction, maximizes business opportunities, and supports the overall success of the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Grow sales volume and market share in the assigned territory.
Receive and process incoming customer calls, quotes, and orders.
Analyze existing supply chain issues and develop tailored solutions to support customer operations.
Actively engage in solving issues with internal teams and customers.
