Job Summary :
This is a hands-on role for a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You'll be responsible for meticulously repairing and assembling equipment, ensuring top quality and on-time delivery.
Job Duties :
- Precision Measurement : Utilize specialized equipment to measure components and assemblies with accuracy.
- Repair and Assembly : Repair and assemble equipment following strict quality standards and company guidelines, meeting deadlines consistently.
- Following Procedures : Pay close attention to pre-job briefings and meticulously complete all checklists, routers, and established procedures.
- Detailed Cleaning and Documentation : Clean all parts for reuse, document their condition thoroughly, and maintain clear records of inspections.
- Disassembly and Repair : Disassemble products for repairs or replacements, using hand torches and liquid nitrogen when necessary.
- Inspection : Conduct precise inspections of components and assemblies, meticulously recording your findings.
- Cleaning and Painting : Ensure parts are spotless by removing dirt, oil, grease, etc. before assembly. Apply primers and finishes using spray equipment.
