Technical Support Engineer Automation (Hybrid, Orlando, FL)
We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer for a large, global B2B high-tech company. This role will be responsible for providing technical support to field engineers, technicians, and product support personnel who are diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing and debugging complex electro / mechanical equipment, computer systems, complex software, or networked and / or wireless systems. You will be
responding to situations where first-line product support has failed to isolate or fix problems in malfunctioning equipment or software.
This is a 12-month contract (Extension possible). 40 hours per week role, hybrid role, 2 days onsite at Client's office in Orlando, FL.
This is a W2 employee of Stage 4 Solutions. Health benefits and 401K are offered.
