Key Responsibilities
Manage email, schedules, and daily priorities for the CEO and CCO
Coordinate calendars, meetings, and communication across internal and external partners
Support company-wide projects and streamline administrative workflows
Required Qualifications
3+ years in an EA, Chief of Staff, Ops Coordinator, or high-level support role
Strong proficiency with Google Suite, ClickUp, and modern AI tools
Experience in hiring coordination and team operations
Full-time availability with near real-time responsiveness (8 AM-6 PM CST core hours)
Trustworthy with sensitive information and able to maintain professionalism under pressure
