Position Summary :

Excel Engineering is seeking an Owners Representative for Automation Engineering to act as the Owners subject-matter expert for DCS PLC SCADA BMS EMS and data historian systems. Ensures automation architecture software design and field execution meet GAMP 5 ISA-88 / 95 and cybersecurity (IEC 62443) requirements while maintaining alignment with URS and process control narratives.
