Mental Health - Associate or Licensed Clinicians

Duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following :

• Part Time : Scheduling 25 Clients weekly and Maintaining 20 Completed sessions weekly.
• Full TIme with Health Benefits : Scheduling 35 Clients weekly and Maintaining 30 Completed sessions weekly.
• Use of TherapyNotes Scheduling calendar and maintain charts.
• Conducts assessments related to behavioral health needs.
• Engages new clients and provides direct therapy services.
• Consults with supervisor and clinical team regularly.
• Attend Clinical Supervision weekly meetings per BBS regulations
• Attend Staff Meeting, second Wednesday of the month, 9-11am
• Attend Clinical Trainings and other trainings as requested or required.
• Successful completion of first 120 days for continued employment.
• Successful completion of first 120 days to be eligible for increased pay rates.
• Performs other professional duties as needed and assigned.
