Title : UKG HRIS Administrator

Reports to : Senior HRIS Analyst

Job Summary

New Day Healthcare is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HRIS Administrator to join our team in Springfield, MO . This role is responsible for maintaining and optimizing our Human Resource Information System (HRIS) to ensure efficient and accurate HR operations. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for HRIS-related inquiries, support system enhancements, develop user training, and perform data analysis and reporting. This position plays a critical role in driving HR process improvements, ensuring data integrity, and supporting business needs across a fast-paced healthcare organization.

This is a  Onsite position in Springfield, MO.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 2 years of experience with an HCM system (UKG, ADP, Ceridian, etc.) as a system administrator .
  • 1-3 years of experience with Time and Attendance system (Kronos, UKG, ADP, etc.)
  • Demonstrate ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions
  • High School Diploma
  • Self-starter with a growth mindset and enthusiasm for taking on evolving responsibilities.
  • Proven experience of working in a fast-paced environment with deadlines. Must have the ability to constantly prioritize as business needs change.
  • Experience in evaluating processes and recommending improvements based on logical analysis.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (including Teams, Word, Outlook); Advanced Excel skills are required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as first point of contact for inquiries related to the HRIS platform.
  • Identify and streamline internal processes to improve efficiency.
  • Perform regular system audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Create, generate, and analyze standard and custom reports for distribution.
  • Assist with testing and rollout of new system functionality.
  • Develop user training materials and conduct user training sessions.
  • Assist with acquisitions and other projects as needed.
