Project Coordinator

The Project Coordinator will support initiatives within the Goizueta Institute's Personalized Brain Health Initiative (PBHI), which leverages data to provide sooner and smarter care for brain health. Working closely with the Project Manager, this role helps plan, execute, and monitor both short- and long-term projects. The coordinator ensures smooth daily operations by coordinating tasks, maintaining documentation, facilitating communication, and assisting with strategic planning. A core focus of this position is supporting efforts to improve workflows in Primary Care, Cognitive Neurology, and Stroke programs, including the integration and utilization of digital and AI-enabled cognitive screening tools that help detect cognitive impairment earlier and guide patient care. Serving as a liaison between project leadership, clinic staff, faculty, and vendors, the Project Coordinator helps deliver initiatives on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manages a project.
• Coordinates the strategic planning process and monitors progress toward achieving project goals.
• Assists in developing, administering and monitoring project related budgets.
• Coordinates logistical arrangements for related conferences, conventions or meetings.
• May assist in identifying funding resources and in developing funding strategies and initiatives.
• Develops and generates various operational and statistical reports.
• Represents and promotes the project at various speaking engagements.
• May write grants, reports, briefings, newsletters, promotional or other written material related to the project.
• Performs related responsibilities as required.

Note : This role will be granted the opportunity to work from home regularly but must be able to commute to Emory University on a flexible weekly schedule based upon business needs. Schedule is based on agreed upon guidelines of department. This role requires residency in the state of GA. Emory reserves the right to change remote work status with notice to employee.
