Privacy Counsel

A leading Healthtech is looking to bring on Privacy Counsel to join their team. This organization is growing fast, and this is an exciting opportunity to be part of a lean, tightknit team as they build their Legal function.

The ideal candidate has experience with HIPAA and FTC regulations, data privacy matters, AdTech marketing matters, and general healthcare regulations. Candidates should have experience working within an in-house Legal team, preferably within the Healthtech space, and over 7 years of experience practicing.

This position is hybrid in DC, Minneapolis, NYC, or Charlotte.
