We’re currently partnering with a highly respected Plaintiff’s Personal Injury firm in New York City that is seeking an experienced Team Lead Attorney to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated litigator with a strong background in personal injury law to lead a team and make a meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and mentor a team of attorneys and support staff on complex personal injury cases.

Manage all phases of litigation, from intake and discovery to trial or settlement.

Conduct depositions, mediations, and court appearances.

Oversee case strategy and ensure top-quality representation for clients.

Collaborate with firm leadership to optimize processes and case outcomes.

Qualifications :

Significant experience in plaintiff’s personal injury matters (auto, premises, construction, or general liability).

Licensed to practice law in New York .

Proven leadership or team management experience preferred.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and trial skills.
