Job Description

As a Security Professional - Retail Patrol Badge in New York, NY, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail / Malls, and more.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol retail locations, helping to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a visible presence. Your role involves conducting routine patrols, supporting loss prevention efforts, and delivering exceptional customer service to guests and staff. You will communicate clearly and respond promptly to situations, contributing to a welcoming environment. What You'll Do :

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
