You'll be rewarded handsomely for your dedication. We're talking about a starting pay rate of $40-$43 per hour , with the potential to earn up to $54 per hour with incentives! In addition to the base pay, we offer competitive incentive pay rates :

• Weekday evenings & overnights : $9 incentive pay
• Weekends (Day, evening, or overnights) : $10 incentive pay

Furthermore, employees who successfully complete IV Care training will receive an additional $1 per hour.

THE GROWTH YOU HELP PROVIDE

The 1st shift is typically 7 am 3 pm, the 2nd shift is 3 pm 11 pm, and the 3rd shift is 11 pm 7 am. Plan to work every other weekend and every other holiday.

As a vital member of our healthcare team, you administer medications and implement nursing treatment plans to ensure the well-being of children with physical and developmental disabilities.

Beyond hands-on nursing care, including wound care, catheters, and g-tubes, your responsibilities include regularly reviewing patients' physical condition, documenting changes as needed, and communicating pertinent health information to parents, guardians, and agency staff.

Your expertise and guidance play a crucial role in supporting and providing direction to our dedicated direct care staff.

OUR IDEAL CHILDREN'S PROGRAM NURSE - LPN

We're looking for someone who can meet the following qualifications :

• Drivers license
• LPN license to practice nursing in MA
• Diploma from an accredited nursing program
• 1+ years of nursing experience
• Strong assessment and documentation skills
• Proficiency in delegated nursing skills
