Join our team as a Licensed Vocational Nurse providing exceptional care to our patients in the Specialty Cardiology Clinic. In this role, you will collaborate with providers to ensure the highest quality of care while managing patient needs effectively.

Responsibilities :

• Provide comprehensive nursing care, administering treatments in alignment with established nursing standards.
• Assist providers by preparing equipment and aiding during patient examinations and treatments.
• Monitor and document patients' conditions and responses to medications, promptly reporting to providers.
• Manage appointment scheduling, prioritizing cases based on emergencies to ensure efficient patient flow.
• Welcome patients and gather thorough health histories and vital signs while preparing them for examinations.
• Instruct patients on sample collections and tests, facilitating a smooth process.
• Perform various nursing tasks, including obtaining vital signs, patient assessments, collecting specimens, and administering medications following established protocols and training.
• Ensure timely follow-up on patient tests and examinations, documenting instructions and communicating results effectively.
• Maintain and update patient records and care plans while ensuring compliance with HIPAA guidelines and confidentiality standards.
• Prepare exam rooms for efficient service delivery, ensuring supplies are well-stocked.
• Participate in professional development and comply with ongoing licensure requirements.
• Contribute positively to meetings and committees, supporting the mission and vision of our organization.
• Perform other related duties as necessary to enhance patient care and clinic operations.
