What You'll Do

You will provide hiring managers and executives with guidance on best practices, ensuring compliance and efficiency in every step of the process.

You'll lead weekly reporting meetings, delivering hiring metrics and actionable insights to leadership. By analyzing market trends and identifying skills gaps, you will design proactive approaches to meet future workforce needs. You will also foster a culture of innovation within the recruiting function, ensuring your team stays ahead in attracting high-quality candidates in competitive industries.
