The Valuetainment Team

Records productions, to include guest interviews, how-to segments, webinars, and other various shoots, both indoor and outdoor.

Setup responsibilities can include set design, lighting, composition, and audio.

Skills / Interest

• Edit pre-recorded interviews and segments, to include B-Roll and research on subjects.
• Editors are required to find and / or create visuals to enhance the stories / segments.
• Engage and collaborate on a daily basis with the shooting / editing team, Executive Producer, talent and other staff.
• Support production teams in all stages of development to include pre-production, production, post production, delivery and marketing of media content.
• Demonstrate expertise in behind-the-scenes tasks to ensure production events are executed smoothly and efficiently.

$19-20 hourly (based on experience level)

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Sr. Video Editor / Manager to support our video production team. The Sr. Editor / Manager would be in charge of training, managing, seeing video projects through from concept development to post-production & delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality segments for the channel.
• Deliver product on time and within budget.
• Anticipate and respond to needs and requests.
• Identify best practices for video and evolving daily operations as necessary.
• Help evolve new styles and techniques.
• Create SOP (Standard Operating Procedures)
• Maintain and manage resources, content calendar and team to ensure we are meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience and / or equivalent combination of education and experience (must include experience in a video production environment)
• Leadership Skills
• Knowledge of shooting and editing videos.
• Demonstrated skill with video editing software platforms, specifically proficiency with Adobe Premiere and After Effects.
• Excellent organization, planning, and communication skills
• A collaborative mindset and ability to work with varying and changing needs.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to manage numerous projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and potentially holidays as needed.
• Experience with 2D & 3D Motion Graphics and Animation.
• Good grasp of story structure, and ability to graphically enhance a story.

$55K-60K (based on experience level)

We are searching for a reliable, detail-orientated Audio Engineer to join our growing team. The Audio Engineers responsibilities include recording and editing audio for the purpose of dubbing videos to Spanish.

Must be able to meet project deadlines, have excellent time management and show up on time to work.To be successful as an Audio Engineer, you should have a discerning ear to create a seamless flow of speech while dubbing videos and be fluent in Spanish.

Job Requirements

A social media manager that can oversee the coordinating, branding and messaging of multiple platforms with the common goal of growth funneling and conversion.

This person would be involved in the creative process, tracking growth through measurable analytics, responding to messages on multiple social media accounts and looking for existing and new content that can be used to create new short form or long form content.

They would also meet with the e-commerce team to show proof of effective marketing strategies.

$30K + Commission (must have sales experience)

A 5 year experienced sales manager that will oversee all aspects of the Valuetainment and Patrick Bet-David brand where sales are involved.

HR Requirements

$45K-50K (based on experience level)

A digital marketing pro that has spent time creating campaigns backed up with data and automated workflows. This individual is creative and has a sales mindset with the marketing experience needed to connect both worlds into effective revenue opportunities and data based budgets and decisions.

Must have managed at least 2 million in digital ad revenue)

Other roles include :

• Fully own and report Key Performance Indicators, and provide direction to optimize and scale
• Set monthly performance targets and deliver scalable growth for key products
• Develop and execute a scalable marketing plan to deliver profitable products and courses
• Set strategy and tactics to optimize funnels based on split testing, pricing, and offers
• Determine the segmentation strategy for online traffic and email lists
• Stay up-to-date with digital technology and online learning developments
• Work with the Creative Team to develop the landing pages and online sales funnels
• Work with the Media Team to set monthly budgets for paid traffic and lead
