Responsibilities

• A Functional Lead with Genesys and Agile delivery experience drives the end-to-end implementation of Genesys contact center solutions within an Agile framework. The work involves bridging the gap between business needs and technical delivery, ensuring that Genesys deployments meet functional requirements while managing cross-functional teams and upholding Agile principles.
