What You’ll Do As a key part of the finance team, you’ll take ownership of the project accounting lifecycle — from project setup through closeout — ensuring financial accuracy and integrity every step of the way. You’ll : Set up new projects, change orders, and service agreements accurately and efficiently in the ERP system. Process updates to active projects and ensure all estimates are current. Perform WIP (Work in Progress) analyses after each payroll cycle. Review project costs and time entries for accuracy and resolve discrepancies quickly. Assist with month-end close and special accounting projects. Support continuous improvement across accounting processes and systems. What We’re Looking For We’re searching for someone who is eager to learn, detail-focused, and ready to take the next step in their accounting career. You should have : Up to 2 years of experience in job costing and / or PoC accounting. A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including advanced functions, formulas, and pivot tables). Experience with accounting software (MS Dynamics or Sage 300 Construction & Real Estate preferred) Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
