Job descriptionUtica Park Clinic, founded in 1982, is a multi-specialty medical group with more than 300 employed physicians and advanced practice providers representing over 25 specialties across 80 plus clinics in Oklahoma. Conduct telephonic outreach for scheduling and health maintenance. Review patient records and reports for care gaps Task physicians and staff for care gaps Request records to fulfill care gaps Contribute to collaboration for best practice with employed and embedded staff. Mailings as required for campaigns or wellness visits. High School Diploma or GED Basic computer knowledge Basic understanding of medical terminology.
